Find a spot you can sit comfortably and sit with upright posture, spine elongated and shoulders relaxed. Eyes gazing outward focused and relaxed. Pay attention to your breath. Observe it’s flow and feel yourself inhaling, the space beteeen the breath and then your exhalation. Repeat for 5 minutes. Be gentle with yourself as it’s a process of being mindful. ...
