We’ve been off insta for a little while, working hard to facilitate workshops and retreats around Ontario, and planning @dovetailsummits (our summit for female founders)! Although we can’t often publish photos of our program participants, (legal fun!) we CAN share and expectations matrix from a recent retreat day! At the beginning of the day, we ask participants to share at least one of their expectations for the day, then place it under the unmet expectation sign. Then, ov...er the course of the day, they’re invited to move their post it if their expectations are met. Yesterday, we surpassed all expectations but one (which wasn’t on the agenda for the day- but they still felt as though they learned a little bit about it).
