We have some lovely mild weather before the snow comes, so this is a great opportunity to prepare your chicken run for winter. Chickens don’t mind being outside in the winter, but they do not like the wind or snow. If you know which way the wind pushes through your property, you should put up some wind and snow breaks for your chickens to help keep them comfortable through the winter and make outside time more accessible for them.
