Downtown Tirecraft is now looking for a full time office administrator/service writer. Duties include but are not limited to: customer service and customer follow up, answering telephone, invoicing, working with the technicians to insure smooth transition between jobs, parts organization and parts invoicing. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be very organized, must work well under pressure and have strong attention to detail. Automotive... and parts knowledge would be a definite asset, but willing to train the right person. Must possess a class 5 drivers licence and have a clean driving record as part of job description is shuttling customers and picking up a parts when needed.
