#TipTuesday: Fruit juice is loaded with vitamins and antioxidants, but unfortunately most juices are also loaded with sugar. Some juices can have as much sugar per serving as soda. February is #GumDiseaseAwarenessMonth. Bleeding gums can be the first warning sign that you have gum disease. The mild variety is called gingivitis that infects your gums and, if not treated, can travel below your gum line and into your bone.
