This likely means that current renters will need to remain tenants longer since their pre-construction purchases will be delayed in completion; which means less vacancy. Also means that resale market will continue to heat up (i.e. more multiple offer situations) in the GTA since less inventory coming to market in the near future more Buyers may decide to buy existing real property.
