According to feng shui, a Chinese philosophical system of harmonizing with your environment, if you're not willing to part with the TV, keep it in an armoire or cabinet so that you can literally "shut the door" on it while you sleep. If you don't have either one, this is a great way to separate the TV from your bed don't you think?
