Ever wonder why sleep is so important? Watch and learn. Make sure to set yourself up in bed comfortably. Side sleeper? Check your pillow height to make sure your head is in a neutral position so your nose is lined up with your sternum and put a pillow between your knees. Back sleeper? Try a pillow under your knees and avoid putting your arms over your head. Stomach sleeper? Time to try a different position to save your back...but if you can't fall asleep in a different position, opt for a thin or no pillow to reduce the stress on your neck.
