On behalf of Dr. Kler and his staff, we would like to update you on our current office status in response to the B.C. Governments recent Phase 2 plan. As of Wednesday, May 20th, our office still remains closed with our phone lines open for emergencies only. We look forward to being able to provide our patients with dental care in the near future however, we are currently awaiting the required PPE (personal protection equipment) to ensure the safety needs of our patients a...nd dental team are met. We are also working on systems and protocols related to various dental procedures so we may return to treating our patients in person. This will likely begin with triaging emergency and urgent dental care on a case by case basis. The new protocols and recommendations by our government and governing body mean that we will likely be seeing fewer patients in a day. If we know one thing for certain, its that dentistry will look different for a while. Please bear with us as we work toward finding the safest way of returning to practice. We thank you for your patience and look forward to seeing your smiles in the near future. We will update you as soon as we can! Under the guidance of the College of Dental Surgeons of B.C. and in light of recent developments and our responsibility to help slow the impact and spread of the virus in our community, we have made the decision to close our office until further notice. All elective and non-essential dental treatments are suspended until further notice.
