Try taping two golf balls together, throw them in the freezer to get them nice and cold, and then lay down with them positioned under your neck just below your skull to apply pressure and roll out your upper neck muscles! Not only will this release the tension in your muscles but the cold from the golf balls has an anti-inflammatory affect on the area!
