Dear Valued Patients... As many of you may have heard Optometrists were given the go ahead by the Government to return slowly to work. This is fantastic news! We must adhere to new regulations by the College of Optometry. Please be patient with us. Our routine and space may have changed - but our care for our patients will remain unchanged. Please be aware:... At the time of booking we will ask you a series of mandatory health screening questions and we will direct you on what to do upon arrival to our office. PLEASE note all patients MUST wear a MASK upon arrival to our OFFICE and will be required to come alone to the appointment, unless needing assistance or a minor with one parent. Be aware optometrists have had to decrease the number of exams available each day to adhere to social distancing. Unfortunately, at this time we will no longer be able to accept walk in patients for frame selections, adjustments or pick ups. An appointment will need to be made with Mary or Tracee prior, as we need to control the number of people within the office to comply with social distancing measures. All the patients who have been cancelled over the last eleven weeks will be called, triaged and rebooked accordingly. Routine eyecare for high COVID risk individuals will be deferred. This will take some time, please be patient with us. The steps we are taking to reduce the risk of COVID 19 include but not limited to: -Social distancing measures - appointment only to enter office -MANDATORY face mask for all patients -Hand Sanitizer stations throughout the office, MANDATORY at the front desk -Frequent disinfection of common spaces and high touch surfaces -Thorough disinfection of the exam room between each patient -Shields have been added to equipment and front desk -Disinfection of every frame tried on or handled by a patient -Temperature checks and COVID screening for all patients, staff and optometrists -Exam appointments spaced further apart We will continue updating as information arises and look forward to seeing you.

We are all using digital devices more often right now with home schooling, working from home and rainy weather free time . It is VERY important to remember to take breaks to REDUCE digital eyestrain.

Your EYES are VERY IMPORTANT to us. We are busy preparing for when we get the green light to open. We are still available for contact lens orders, ocular vitamins and ocular emergencies. Please stay safe!

COVID - 19 Protocols With the emergence of COVID-19 we are concerned for the health and well-being of our patients and staff.
