Well its that time of year again! Kids are back in school, extracurriculars are in full swing leaving us scrambling to find that smooth rythem and balance in our daily lives. Well at least I am! I feel its incredibly important that you take time out for some well deserved self-care. It will help us stay calm, cool, and collected! If you have extended benefits, why not use them before the year is up! Treat yourself to a massage or even acupuncture! Yes thats right, acupuncture!!! Not only is it relaxing and stress reducing, it can boost your immune system, and hey, you get a little nap in there. Whats not to love

Clean Up Your Dust. You Are the Star. You Will Shine. What is a human life? Have you ever stopped to think about that question, or to ponder how or why we got h...ere? Science would cite the Big Bang Theory and the concept of evolution as clear-cut answers. While those are accepted truths, we can also look at life from spiritual and energetic perspectives. Everything that happened thousandseven millionsof years ago is buried in today. Those connections impact Nature and each one of us every single day. But why? Because everything in the Universal pictureeach and every person, plant, animal, planet and star, even the air we breatheis energy. Traditional Chinese medicine is based on the knowledge that everything is energy. Think about that statement. Everything you see, feel, touch, and experience around yougood or badis a form of energy. And everything inside of you is energy as well. A human being is Heavens energy (or Universal energy) and Earths energy transformed together. In this light, we are all energy beings. We are all built of the same material. This concept opens our eyes to see others in a more beautiful light and to find the light that shines within ourselves as well. #tcm #tcmworld #qigong #qigongmaster #chinesemedicine #healthytip #healthconciousness #healthyliving #acupuncture #lifecoach #grandmasternanlu #newyorkmaster #prevention #selfhealing #nyqigongmaster

The emotions are considered the major internal causes of disease in TCM. Emotional activity is seen as a normal, internal, physiological response to stimuli fro...m the external environment. Within normal limits, emotions cause no disease or weakness in the body. However, when emotions become so powerful that they become uncontrollable and overwhelm or possess a person, then they can cause serious injury to the internal organs and open the door to disease.
