A gentle reminder to wash your hands regularly, and especially before inserting and removing your contact lenses. As we all practice social distancing, it is a good idea to ensure you have a supply of contacts, as well as a working pair of glasses as a backup. We are happy to announce Dr. Martin Tang Optometry offers free shipping of your order directly to the comfort of your own home. Please contact the office, we are here to answer your phone calls and emails.

The staff at Dr. Martin Tang Optometry have been closely monitoring Coronavirus (COVID-19), as it continues to affect our local communities. We would like to assure you the doctor and clinic staff are healthy and well, and exhibit no signs of COVID-19 virus symptoms, as we have been adhering to the strictest hygiene and disinfection protocols. However, to proactively ensure the continued safety of our staff, patients and community, our clinic will be closed to the public unt...il further notice. This follows the latest recommendations from the College of Optometrists advising all non-urgent healthcare to be avoided. Our office will operate on a reduced schedule to help answer your phone calls and emails in a timely manner. We will contact you via telephone or email to reschedule any upcoming appointments, and to arrange pickup/delivery of ophthalmic orders of glasses and contact lenses you are in need of. Dr. Tang will be available to handle urgent cases should they arise. In the event you have an ocular emergency, please call the office and we will arrange an appointment if necessary. We apologize for any inconveniences our closure may cause you, but we believe this is the best course of action for all of us in these challenging times. In spite of todays rain, Lauren with the help of her friend Mika braved the weather and persevered in their efforts to raise money with their popsicle sale. Even when the was coming down heavily their spirits never wavered and they impressed and inspired us with their good attitudes.
