Please be advised Dr. van As has temporarily stopped accepting new patient applications until further notice. Please follow here and check the website, www.drnvanas.ca, for updates. All applications received prior to December 17, 2020 will be processed and patients will receive an initial appointment with the doctor. Your patience is appreciated as we work hard to get all appointments scheduled given the large volume of new patients and COVID restrictions. We will update once active recruitment resumes.

Please be advised the office will be closed from December 18th until January 3rd. Office staff will be working remotely limited hours but telephones will not be answered. Should you require medical assistance, please telephone the Access to Care Clinic at 519-491-6188 to triage and receive instructions for care. The clinic is not open to walk ins at this time due to COVID. Enjoy a safe and happy holiday season.

Hot Topic: Flu shots are now available in the office. They are by appointment only. Please telephone the office Monday through Thursday from 9am until 3pm to book. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we work very hard to answer all telephone calls and return all voicemails in a timely manner.

Hot topic: Flu vaccines! They are available at pharmacies for patients wanting them now. Our office anticipates having them available mid November. Once they are available in office it will be posted here and on our website. They will be appointment only once available and first come. If you are able to get it at a pharmacy to ensure you don’t miss out, with the hurdles COVID has created, we recommend doing so. Stay safe, healthy, and have a good weekend.

Flu Vaccine information will be posted to our website and Facebook page once it is available. Vaccines will be by appointment only and may not be booked until vaccines are available. We anticipate to begin booking early/mid November. Check back for updates.
