Seed cycling with your supper. Here is an excellent whole bowl meal that will help balance out your hormones during the last half of your cycle. I’m really taking time to focus on my stress, because stress messes with our hormonal balance and with school starting, I am back to planning all our meals. ... Stress isn’t just psychological, it can be nutritional stress, inadequate sleep, and digestive stress too. Focusing on healing and nourishing foods is a must right. It’s something you are in total control over. With this dish, our whole family loved it and it’s now in our monthly rotation of meals :) Recipe is on my blog-(link in bio) http://www.drnicolemitchelson.com//seeding-cycling-with-yo See more

Cleaning up my clients skincare products has been a mission of mine for sometime. Green washing is a such an annoyance. Stay educated about what you put on your skin!

If anyone is interested in signing up for a virtual run/walk series, FoodBank Virtual Run/Walk Series is starting this weekend and I am a proud sponsor. Right now, this event has raised over $3,100 that is going straight to the foodbank! My husband was on CTV this morning chatting about the event - you can re-watch it here: https://regina.ctvnews.ca/video?clipId=1957967

Sorry I have "ghosted" you on here. Things are not normal and we are feeling over here too. Some days I am so thankful to have my husband at home and my kids around us full-time, and the next I'm trying to do it all with chaos ensuing all around. Mixed feelings at its best! The clinic at the U of R will not be opening and we have not heard of when it will plan on reopening. This leaves my practice virtual for the time being. Thank you for everyone who has accessed me t...his way and I hope to continue to guide my clients in this manner until I find out where I can practice. I would love to hear from you and know how I can serve you better. Whether that is via free content, free course, articles, live (virtual) workshops.... help me help you!
