Dental In...surance Many of our patients have some form of dental insurance that covers part or all of their recommended treatment. We accept most dental plans. Our staff has extensive experience dealing with insurance companies and will help you understand the complexities of your dental insurance policy. Most dental plans have limitations, waiting periods and/or various degrees of co-payments. We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms on your behalf. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. . Payment Guidelines Please note that dental fees must be paid on the day of treatment. For your convenience we do accept Visa, MasterCard, Interact, and Cash. Appointments & Cancellations Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. Please provide us with 2 business days notice to reschedule an appointment in order to avoid a last minute cancellation fee of $50. Thank you for your understanding.
