on Mondays we make booch trying something new this week with a ginger turmeric second ferment. Wishing you a joyful week - it’s looking like this whole week will be gloomy & cool so make sure you’re adding some fun activities + exercise to your routine to keep spirits up: I plan on lots of baking, rainy walks, booch testing, bubble baths & Pilates

well, it’s coughing Jerry, it expelles the diseased germs out of the body & into the air - Kramer starting everyday with a big mug of warm echinacea tea + lemon + manuka honey (because no one has time for a 2-week sick leave due to a simple sniffle / cough)

soup for breakfast so I still have room left for all of the turkey after work today - while this holiday has a contentious history I think it’s especially important this year to celebrate what we have & be grateful for the things that keep us going during this difficult time (while also acknowledging injustices against Canada’s indigenous peoples’ & doing our small part towards healing - this year I’m donating to Anishnawbe health TO where I spent 8 months of my clinical internship during naturopathic medical school; donate here: https://supportanishnawbe.ca/donate/make-a-donation/). I’m currently thankful for amazing family, friends, puppy petunia + patients - wishing you all a happy thanksgiving weekend
