To our valued patients, Our regulatory body, the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) has strongly recommended that all dentists and dental specialists in Ontario suspend all elective and non-essential dental services as of March 15, 2020. The suspension is in effect until the first week of April. The RCDSO will be reviewing this decision again at that time and our office will keep you informed on new developments. In the meantime, we will be temporarily... closed until April 2020. If you have any problems that requires urgent attention , please email us at [email protected] or call at 416-221-7111 and we will be happy to guide you. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience . We hope you remain safe and healthy. Dr. Umit Terzioglu and Team

Eating healthy is hard, even when we know it's what's best for our teeth and overall health. A supersized pop alone contains about 20 teaspoons of sugar! To avo...id unnecessary temptation, try shopping around the edges of the supermarket during your next trip, avoiding the processed and packaged foods in the centre aisles. That way, you’ll load up on fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy products, lean meat and fish, and you’ll be well on your way to avoiding added sugars. See more

Holiday Treat Tip 1: Did you know that candy canes, hard candies and nuts can leave sugar lingering in your mouth because they take a long time to dissolve? Biting into candy and some nuts can also chip and break teeth. Be careful when consuming these tasty holiday goodies!
