Covid 19 Update - May 13 Unfortunately, we just heard from our association of Acupuncture (CAAA) that the government has been treating us differently than other... allies health care because we are under "Health Discipline Act" not "Health Profession Act" so we are not getting a green light to reopen yet. This is the message from our college. "On May 13, the CAAA received response from Alberta Health regarding our request for reopening. Alberta Health is creating a framework of key information to be included in the guidelines. While waiting for the framework, the CAAA will continue to work on the Guidelines. Once we receive approval for reopening, the Guidelines will be readily available" I understand that everybody is getting frustrated but it is not our decision to reopen. Please stay well and healthy.
