My Apologies if our communication has been lacking in the last 3-4 weeks. We were struggling with Cogeco Cable with a solid supply for our internet and phone systems. At first we thought it was a problem with our garage management system. Cogeco then told us it was an issue in our network and not external. Since then they have corrected a major flaw in the main trunk line on Wentworth Street and replaced their equipment coming into ours. We were unaware that our phones were being affected until week two as we were getting calls in and out but apparently not all the calls. As of Monday everything has been corrected.
