GOALS GOALS GOALS I usually try to come up with three goals per year 1. Run a marathon ... 2. Do 15 pull-ups 3. Call 1 friend per week But this year is a little different. After talking to some friends I decided this year I would also choose a word to guide my actions. This years word: CONSISTENCY I have a habit of getting excited and super into one thing but as time passes I lose enthusiasm. By having this goal word to come back to I hope I can accomplish more, be more connected, and more grounded. To help with reaching my goals I created a schedule and a plan. The rainy mid-week blues have me in desperate need of some inspiration and I found it in this Lifestyle factors including sedentary jobs, repetitive movements, diet, sleep, and stress are major contributors to pain. So, a large part of my care is guidance through lifestyle change. I am constantly hearing I just don’t have the motivation. Maybe it’s time we change our expectations. Maybe we don’t need motivation.
