First time #deadlifting 315lb in a while, but it went well today at LIFT. Strength & Conditioning with the help of coach @chaseainsy ! I try to teach every patient that exercise is probably one of the most important things you can do for your body (combined with proper nutrition). There is no age too late to start, in fact I would argue that you should probably lift/train more frequently as you age. It has a hugely positive effect on pain levels, function, mobility, bone integrity and mental health. Weight loss is often just a by-product.
