Implants are a novel approach for the replacement of missing intra oral structures following facial trauma. What you see here are several pictures of severe facial trauma victims before and after using implants. An implant supported fixed prosthesis has been designed to replace the lost gum using pink ceramic.

When the removal of all of your remaining teeth is required because of severe gum disease or caries, a set of immediate dentures can be fabricated in advance to be inserted at the time of teeth removal. With immediate dentures, you can walk away with a full smile the same day as your operation. After teeth removal, if your teeth are in bad shape and you are afraid of being without teeth while your gum and jaw bone are healing, you should consult with a prosthodontist to ask about immediate dentures and smooth transition to dentures.

Patients with severe tooth wear need to undergo a unique treatment approach. SINUS LIFT/ELEVATION FOR IMPLANT PLACEMENT One of the main criteria of implant placement for replacement of the upper back teeth is to prevent damage to the sinus floor.
