Today, we remember the sacrifices Canadian warriors made and continue to make to keep us safe. Today, I thank those that gave me a safe and free country to call my home.
After a short vacation to celebrate marrying my favourite guy , I’m back in the office and ready to see you ! Whether you’re an existing patient or seeking chiropractic care for the first time, message, text or call and we’ll schedule an appointment .
In anticipation of tomorrow, I would like to make this document available to all current and future patients. Returning for Treatment A Patient Guide, developed for the College of Chiropractors Ontario, is a document developed to assist patients in understanding the health and safety considerations taken by chiropractors as the Ontario Government allows for businesses to reopen and for chiropractic care to be delivered to all patients. I will review and comply with all government directives and orders to maximize your health and safety. My promise to my patients is to always put your health and safety first. You can also find this document available at https://www.cco.on.ca//9K-CCO-Patient-Return-to-Treatment_
THIS JUST IN The Government of Ontario and College of Chiropractors Ontario announced that all regulated health professionals can begin the gradual re-start of all deferred and non-essential and elective services carried out by health care providers, effective immediately. This announcement comes at a perfect time, as I will be accepting patients at my new at-home clinic near Blair and Ogilvie, Ottawa, on Monday, June 1. I will still be providing the same fantas...tic care, with the comfort and convenience of booking a time and treatment that suits your needs, including chiropractic and acupuncture treatment. Rest assured that all necessary health and safety precautions will followed, and I will always put your health first! Call, email or direct message me for questions or to book an appointment!
An excellent article from a reputable source (who also happened to teach my fourth year epidemiology class back in the day) about what all this "overreaction" is about. Certainly worth a read when you're questioning everything that's been going on.
The COVID-19 is making headlines around the world, with the latest news and updates coming from all directions. The information sharing alone can be extremely overwhelming. So what can you do to keep your stress levels low? Take care of yourself. Self-care should still be be a top priority. If you are feeling unwell, stay home. If you are feeling unsafe, talk to your supervisor about alternate arrangements. Make sure to wash your hands often. ... If you are sneezing, please do so into a tissue or your elbow. Don't be afraid to ask others to do the same. Keep yourself healthy and well rested. See more
