To Our Valued Patients, Rest assure, we are working hard on our COVID-19 re-opening strategy. As of now, we are waiting on guidelines from our regulatory bodies to ensure we can provide the safest treatment possible. As soon as more information is available we will up-date our Facebook page and start scheduling patients. Be patient with us as we navigate through unfamiliar waters. Our number one objective is to keep you and our staff staff safe. Take care and we look forward to seeing you!

To Our Valued Patients, We hope that this note finds you and your family both safe and healthy. The wellness of our patients has always been our highest priority, and this has never been more true than now.... It has been more then five weeks since we have been able to see any of you face to face in our office. We hope during this time you have found a routine that helps keep you productive and healthy- in your new home study and work environments. Presently, there is no elective dental treatment (both hygienic and restorative) in the office. At this time, it is especially important to have the best possible home oral care routines. Brushing and flossing twice daily have taken on added importance. Additionally, rinsing with salt and water is another way to help keep gums healthy and free of inflammation. Try to avoid foods that are notorious for causing dental problems- sticky candies come to mind immediately. Other foods that are potentially dangerous to teeth are popcorn, olives, ice etc. In case of a dental emergency, non-urgent and administrative please leave a voicemail message at 506-813-1010. We do check and return phone calls on a daily basis. We want you to know that the team at Valley Run Dental is here for you during this difficult time. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to assist you. We are all extremely eager to return to the office to take care of your dental health needs. We look forward to seeing all of you as soon as the New Brunswick Dental College and Ministry of Health deem it is safe to return. Please be assured that when we re-open, it will be at the appropriate time, and we will deliver the highest level of care with your safety as our priority. Until then, please stay safe and healthy. We look forward to seeing you very soon. Yours sincerely, Valley Run Dental

Dear Valley Run Patients and Families. A few moments ago , all dentists and dental specialists in New Brunswick received direction from our governing body that all routine and elective dental procedures be suspended immediately for at least the next two weeks. Only emergency care will triage/ provided at this time. For this reason, Valley Run dental is required to suspend all elective dental treatment starting Tuesday March 17th, or otherwise directed by our governing body.... If you had a scheduled appointment during the next two weeks , we will be in contact with you to reschedule. In the interim , if you have an dental emergency causing acute pain or discomfort please contact our office at 813-1010 so we can address your concern appropriately. Do not come to the office directly. We understand that this maybe upsetting to many and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding as we navigate these difficult and uncertain times. Thank you and be safe! Valley Run Dental
