Insomniac? Science shows that CBT might provide more long-lasting relief than sleeping pills.
I often recommend the Headspace app to friends, family, + clients for an easy way to get started with meditation. It teaches it over a series of 10-20 min sessions. With daily use, most people start to notice a difference in their clarity + emotional reactivity levels in just a couple of weeks!
