3 THINGS I WISH I KNEW ABOUT BACK/NECK PAIN AS A NON-HEALTH PROFESSIONAL 3. ( ) , - ... Seriously. Put the time in and be amazed at how some of the symptoms you may have been experiencing regularly for months/years start to slowly slip away. Don't take my word for it though, this is one of the best backed pieces of evidence-based advice when it comes to mechanical, uncomplicated low back and neck pain. It can also be the hardest one to get right. We all have to start somewhere when it comes creating a well-balanced weekly physical activity routine. Ask a fitness expert or let me put you in touch with someone from my network (some tags on the photo). Disclaimer: This is NOT custom-tailored medical advice. Ask for help when you're not sure. They are typically a better indicator of how stressed or concerned you are about what you're feeling. Particularly, if you've never experienced this type of pain. Been a bit quiet on this feed over the past few months. Priorities shifted. We had bigger things to worry about. Unfortunately, our back and neck pain didn't give a :*-@& about COVID. In fact, it may have only heightened the screams. ... Let's get you back on the right path. I may have some bags under my eyes (new dad alert ) but my mission hasn't changed. I'm here for you. Let's get to work. See more
