Doors are open again! I am happy to let you know that as per the government's and our regulatory body's decision for gradual reopening of businesses, we are allowed to resume in-person appointments. In-person appointments will be available as of Monday, June 1, 2020. You can book online NOW at sandalanger.janeapp.com, by email [email protected] or by phone at 416-902-9180, to reserve your spot.... There are a few things that changed since the last time we had in-person appointments: Screening for COVID-19 for each person, prior to each appointment (short questionnaire emailed 2 hours prior to appointment). There will be extra time allowed between patients to allow for sanitization and minimized contact with other people in the waiting area. Extra facilities cleaning protocols are in place to minimize risks Patients are advised to wear a face mask Hand sanitizer will be available for patients I will wear a mask and sanitize/wash my hands before and after patient contact, as well as between patients. Gloves are not a requirement at this time. Virtual appointments are still available if you feel your care can be provided by Telehealth, or if you don't feel comfortable coming in. Looking forward to serving my patients!

Spring IS here and despite what’s going on in the world right now, we are thinking of change, renewal, new growth, revisiting goals and possibly reevaluating what we value in life. We each have different values in life. However, health usually makes the top of the list for many. At the same time, health means different things for different people. For some it’s not to get sick to require medication and hospitalization while for others it’s constantly improving or bettering some parameters. I’m curious to know what does health mean to each of you. Please share your thoughts.
