An increasingly popular application of neuromodulators, like Botox and Xeomin, is to the lips to attain what is affectionately referred to as the "lip flip". Using small doses of a neuromodulator applied to the border of the upper and/or bottom lip, we relax a portion of the orbicularis oris (the muscle that surrounds the mouth) unfurling it, leaving you with a larger fuller lip. Requires 4-12 units. Takes 2-14 days to take effect and will last 2-4 months. Great starting place for those not yet ready to commit to fillers.
