We’ve have been blessed to support them for several years in the past and are happy that we get to do it... again during these challenging times. The last few months have been challenging for all of us, however together we are coming back stronger! We have gone above and beyond to ensure our office is following the highest level of guidelines set out by the Ministry of Health to ensure the utmost safest environment for our patients and team members. Here’s what we are doing to keep you and our team safe: - Screening our patients and team for COVID-19... - Increased use of our medical-grade Surgically Clean Air purifier (SCA) units as well as additional HEPA air purifiers to cover all areas of the office. - Using our new DefendMe High Powered Aerosol Evacuator machines during dental treatment. - Sanitization of all surfaces after every patient (door handles, counters, pens, POS machine etc.) - Requiring all patients and team members to wear a mask in the office and hand sanitize upon entering. - Wearing appropriate PPE during dental exams and in the office (wearing n95 masks, face shields and surgical gowns for every patient) - Limiting the number of people in the office to ensure proper social distancing protocol Thank you for your patience throughout this difficult time, and although our office may look different, we look forward to welcoming back our patients, neighbours, and friends and seeing your smiling eyes soon.
