*IMPORTANT UPDATES* We at Draft Care wanted to reach out to our amazing customers during this difficult time to provide some important information. As a precaution, we have moved our products and inventory to a secure, isolated location away from the public. We are ensuring hygienic measures are being taken to protect ourselves and others. ... As I’m sure you have noticed, sales and business activity overall has declined drastically in the past week. In order to remain efficient and practice as much social distancing as possible, we will be limiting deliveries to certain areas and days of the week. We have sent emails to our respective clients advising of this temporary schedule change. If you do not receive an email as of tomorrow morning, contact us and we will relay the information. We have put together a list of steps you can take to ensure your pop system is properly shut down, should you have to close at any point: 1. Turn off water source. 2. Make sure the carbonator is off, and unplugged. 3. Turn off and disconnect your pop gas. 4. Press and hold each button on your pop gun or fountain system for five seconds to ensure there is no pressure build up left in the system. We also have a few steps for you to take to close down your beer system: 1. Turn off and disconnect your gas. 2. While the coupler on the beer keg is still engaged, pull on the pin (aka the pressure relief valve), until there is no more hissing. 3. Disengage, do not disconnect, the coupler. As beer has a life span of 90 days in a keg inside a dark and chilled environment, please be sure to check the quality of your beer upon reopening. If you have any questions or concerns, or need clarification on any of the steps mentioned above, please do not hesitate to send us a message or give us a call. We will not be performing any non-essential services until such time as we are no longer directed to stay indoors and away from the public. Stay safe and have a good evening.
