Today I will be doing a one card reading for 10 people. I will randomly be guided to 10 people later today. I will be using the "Messages from Your Angels" deck. This will give insight as to where your energy is now and where you could be focusing your energy in the coming days. Also, I will be starting to offer a one card reading, weekly, for a $5 charge. I will pull a card for you each week. to give you guidance as to what energy may be around you for the week. I will pull the card and give the meaning from the card, as well as any insights that I am given from spirit. Look for more info in the coming days.

I don’t know about anyone else, but I was not feeling great yesterday. Tired, nauseous, bloated... feeling much better today

Support Ask for help. Get more rest. Nurture yourself... Feeling tired, burnt out, overwhelmed or overworked is a call to lighten your load, and recharge your batteries. Your energy levels are lw and it is proving counterproductive to getting things done or been there for others. You may feel you have to do everything yourself or don't know who to ask for help. A part of you could be addicted to the adrenalin rush of stress and hustle. You may even feel it is a sign of weakness to slow down or that you don't deserve to be nurtured. You have nothing to prove by working yourself too hard or sacrificing yourself by doing everything alone. This winged horse urges you to ask for help, to get more rest and to be loving to your body. Schedule in non-negotiable time for naps, set boundaries around your work hours and make getting a good night's sleep a priority. Hire an assistant or other team members for your business. Spend the day at a spa, book in for a massage or your friends and family for help with your kids or invest in additional childcare or a nanny. You are worthy of this support. The extra energy you will have as a result will be worth the time and money you spend to give it to yourself.

Everything is connected
