I hate to break it to you... But it’s . When are you going to take a hard look at yourself and realize that there are no short cuts?... Whether it is losing weight, improving your business, designing that course, getting out of pain, getting a new job, or going after your dreams, everything takes persistent effort. Showing up to do the work can be hard and scary but staying in the same place and complaining about is draining and feels terrible. What is it truly costing you by not taking action? We get comfortable in mediocrity because its what we know and it requires minimal effort, but what if life could be so much better? What if you decided today, that enough is enough and you truly committed to that thing that you’ve been putting off forever? I’m in the business of getting people to go after the work they are not doing to reach heights they have never reached. If you struggling and feel you can’t do it yourself, DM me and let’s have a conversation around your future potential and get you into action. . ’ ! #letsgo #calltoaction #dothework #lifecoaching #lifecoach #purpose #mindset #deepwork #inspiration #motivation #quote #health #fitness #vaughan #painandwellnesscentre See more

The easiest way to change the state of your thoughts is by moving your body. When we are experiencing an unfavorable thought, feeling, or emotion, most of us try to distract away from what we feel. We will find away to pacify our thoughts through various means such as watching Netflix, scrolling through Instagram/Facebook/YouTube , eating hyper palatable foods, video games, drugs, etc... ... These actions can definitely have an impact on our state, but not in an optimal way in my opinion. Research shows that 20-25 minutes of exercise results in our bodies release of various neuro chemicals that can have a great impact on our wellbeing, physical pain, and overall mood. Not to mention the other benefits of improving our fitness, strength, and overall health. As I’ve grown older, I train primarily to keep my mind clear, maintain my physical function, and sustain my energy level throughout the day. The next time you are going through some mental challenges, I encourage you to choose physical activity first. We can all do something to get active! You can lift weights, go for a walk, have a dance party, etc... ! Your mind and body will thank you. #exercise #health #movement #endorphins #movetosooth #motivation #inspiration #mentalhealth #changeyourstate #discipline #fitness #consistency #enjoyment #chiropractic #lifecoach #painandwellnesscentre See more

Life altering changes start with an unwavering commitment to a few meaningful actions that are in line with what truly important to you. Discipline is the by-product from staying the course long term no matter what. How many people do you know that talk about things they want to accomplish or set goals but when some form of stress shows up or things get hard, they jump ship and quit? Throughout my life I have met many people who’s excuses get in the way of the results... they want to achieve or the person they want to become. The lack of action stems primarily from fear and when this happens enough times, it is so easy to give up all together. This pandemic has been tough on everyone and some people are suffering way more than others. I see this in my daily practice with patients, and coaching clients. Lets face it, things have been hard BUT... I want to remind you that we all have the power to take responsibility and make decisions towards our highest good regardless of our situation. There is always something we can do to better our circumstances whether we believe it or not. Before you take your foot off the gas, always remember why you started. If you need help, I am here for you. Please do not hesitate to reach out. This group right here are the amazing Chiropractors I have the privilege of working with almost everyday at the Pain and Wellness Centre. Not only are they smart and super effective at what they do, but my skill improves just by being around these studs. ... We share cases and learn from each other while simultaneously finding ways to have a great time and laugh. Our values are very similar and we truly care about the people we treat. If you are suffering with any MSK related pain and really want to improve your health, book an appointment with one of these great doctors. We really want the best for all our patients and we will find a way to help you return to better health. #chiropractic #painandwellnesscentre #health #rehab #healing #fitness #acupuncture #exercise #education #myteam #manualtherapy #thankyou See more

.... Each time you repeat an action towards what’s most important to you, it will become easier to repeat again. There will be times were things do not work out or you have a bad day and that is okay! ... We all are human and we all have these days BUT, in order to keep the forward momentum going, you HAVE to get back on the wagon as soon as possible. Don’t let a bad day turn into a bad week or bad month. Remember, if there is anything I can do to support you, please reach out and I’ll do my best to help!
