Do Massage Guns Work And Should I Buy A Massage Gun | Chyrobolt 2 Initial Impression Massage guns are all the rage now despite having been used in manual therapy offices for decades. I was recently shipped one and I in this video I am going to review it, talk about the research about whether they work or not, and why I am using it at home to help with cycling more than at the office. This is NOT a paid advert but if you want one: DRALEX to get clients $35 USD off your purchase.

I am grateful to have just finished our first week back in the office after having received the go-ahead from the Ministry Of Health (MOH) to resume regular practice. I am relieved that I don't have to tell many of you that you aren't "bad enough" to come to see us anymore. While it is great to have seen many of you again, it is far from a resumption of "regular practice". We have made a lot of changes in the office to adapt to our new normal. Our primary focus is to strict...ly adhere to the best practices laid out by the MOH. I am truly proud of how well the first week went. Below I am going to list some of the practices we are abiding by to minimize any risks and to keep you safe. Many of you have asked and we want to be transparent with everything we are doing. We are confident we are doing everything that we can. For those interested, here is a summary of what steps we have taken over the last couple of months to prepare the office for you: * You will not encounter any other patients in the lobby to ensure social distancing * Hand sanitizer at the entrance and in each room * Clinic doors will remain propped open to reduce door handle sharing when appropriate * Removal of all chairs in the reception to reduce surface contact * Large acrylic shield at the front desk with openings for transactions * Disinfection protocols for high touch areas and surfaces including all adjusting tables after each patient interaction * Staff will be wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Masks will be compulsory and available to all patients * Appointment booking protocols have changed to respect social distancing measures * Limiting the number of people in the office at any one time * Limiting the exchange of paper: receipts will be e-mailed upon requests and intake/feedback forms have been digitized for easy online exchange. Looking forward to seeing you soon. It is good to be back. Dr Alex and Lisa

We’re back!! Such a mix of emotions and a heck of a night’s sleep after hearing that the Ministry Of Health says we can take care of you again The primary emotion is gratitude to all of the hospital staff, front line workers, government employees and public health professionals for saving lives and from preventing this crises from being worse. I am also grateful that I can get my spine checked and get a good checkup because frankly my body feels less than great. It has been... a long 78 days We are ready to keep you safe while delivering your chiropractic care! I also feel relief. I’m sorry I had to tell you and your family you weren’t ‘bad’ enough to come in. When I personally believed you needed to be seen. I feel solidarity and grief for the others who can’t return to work and want to... and much, much more... Either way... please keep a watch on your inbox, for more details about office reopening.
