We’re BACK! To our Valued Patients: We are thrilled to announce that we will be reopening for in-office visits as of Tuesday, May 19th. ... That being said, there we be an alteration of the schedule so that we can adhere to the recommended safety protocols and we will be phoning you in the days prior to your appointment to screen for symptoms. This is how you can help! Please cancel your appointment if you are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19. Symptoms include: Cough Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing Fever Chills Muscle pain Sore throat New loss of taste or smell Masks are recommended and we encourage you to bring one to your treatment. Masks and gloves are available on request. Staff will be wearing masks throughout your appointment time. Please arrive no sooner than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We are currently asking you to wait outside or in your car. Staff will escort you in at your scheduled appointment time. Supplement pick up requests must be placed via phone or email and you will be notified when your order is ready and directed on how to pick up. When you enter the office, you will be requested to wash your hands in the designated areas. Please avoid paying with cash at this time. Thank you for your patience during this unprecedented time. Hi everyone, hope everybody is coping well during these interesting times. Here's a quick message on how the office is operating these days. Be well, Andrea.

To our community of patients, friends and families; With the concerns of COVID-19, we are taking steps at the clinic to ensure that all our patients (and us!) continue to have a safe and positive experience. While we are waiting for guidelines from Health Canada and the provincial government, we are committed to making a safe environment for everyone. For the next few days, I am encouraging phone consultations instead of clinic visits. If you are scheduled for an injection... or neurological testing, your visit will be unchanged and we will see you at your allotted time. Katie and I have consulted this weekend, and our goal is to have measures in place shortly where we can have one patient in the clinic at a time and wash down all surfaces in between. We feel that having a smaller clinic at this time is a HUGE advantage. Should we switch back to office visits, you certainly have the option to consult over the phone or virtually and, are certainly encouraged to do so if you are feeling unwell. The office is open for supplement pick-up, however, we are recommending that you call ahead so that Katie can have things waiting for you. We are also happy to ship out supplements and fax prescriptions to your pharmacy. If you are already booked for a consult the week of March 16th, you don’t need to do a thing. You will be receiving an email or phone call from us shortly to notify you of any instructions and how your visit will play out. We will work hard to make this process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, please contact the nurse’s hotline at 811 or your primary care provider to arrange for safe testing. Our clinic does not have access to COVID- 19 test kits. During this time, our primary focus is to continue to provide care for ongoing health concerns while supporting the recommendations of BC Health Officials.
