To do my part in preventing the spread of this virus, I have made the decision to close my practice and delay all non-essential care, effective immediately. I'll be closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and will provide updates affecting your care. If it is safe to do so, I will see acute / emergency patients, on a case by case basis, with appropriate screening measure to be taken, at my home location. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, or any fever, flu- or... illness-like symptoms, please call 8-1-1, your family doctor and/or your nearest urgent care centre immediately. Please know that as a small business, this was certainly not an easy decision to come by, but feel this was the appropriate decision for the health and safety of my patients, family, and neighbours. As a community, we all play an important role in curtailing the COVID-19 virus. I'll keep you posted with any new updates. Stay healthy everyone! Warmly, Andrea

Dear Valued patients. As of March 31st, 2020, chiropractors and physiotherapists will not be able to send you for x-rays or ultrasounds to a 3rd party providers have it covered by Alberta health care. As of this time we are not sure regarding going to a hospital. The provincial government has removed chiropractors, physiotherapist and audiologists from this ability. This means you will have to either pay for it out of pocket, or see your medical doctor for a requisition. We ...apologize for any future inconvenience this may cause, however it is out of our control. As frustrating as it is, I'm sure there are reasons, and to balance the budget to move the economy forward we have to expect cuts somewhere. I have no problem consulting with any of your Medical Doctors if I feel imaging is needed - your care will not be compromised by this decision, just an extra appointment :)

As much as I hate touching feet - helping people recognize their foot issues and start solving them, is one of the most rewarding parts of my practice. It's my 'thing'. The part of my own body that sent me down this rabbit hole of movement medicine. I'm fascinated how little time people spend caring for their feet considering how important they are too well, moving through this thing called - life! But then I realized, that most of you didn't spend the last 20 years studying how to fix your feet - so let me save you 20 years and pick my brain! If you've struggled with foot problems, never realized they were important, or want to know what to look for, or my favourite self care exercises, comment below so I can answer your questions in #7tips7days

Movement training = Keeping you ready for whatever you want to do on holidays! Not bad for not swinging a club in 2 years - Could still move the next day, and even shot my regular score - movement training just makes life better!
