You can use Overdrive and Libby to read ebooks or listen audiobooks. Using LYNDA.com you can watch videos and learn about different topics like photography, graphic design, music or computers. And with KANOPY you will watch movies and documentaries. I just found a video about benefits of meditation and martial arts. And do not forget you can rent books, magazines, video games, and videos too. We have lots of benefits available in ours hands. Enjoy and have fun.
SLEEP IS STRONGLY RELATED WITH OUR HEALTH. Including our mental health. Trouble with sleep affects completely our body..physically and mentally. Sleep is important for rest our muscles and organs including our brain. The quality and amount both are important. ... There is a lot of things affecting this from the amount of tea or coffee during the day, the time and amount of your last meal before bed, your own routine before bed, medications, herbs, and how much time you spend with a screen (not only a tv, this includes tu our iPad and cell phone...yes...your cell phone). All this light, artificial light, could affect how you sleep. How to improve this? Use a Blue Light glasses or use the Blue Light Filter option on your phone (I have an Android...I don't know about iPhones) But the best is self control. Avoid screen time at least 2 hours before bed. You can do other activities like a book, light exercise, relaxation, and self massage.
