We are looking forward to reopening our office starting (gradually) this week! Here is an outline of our plan: Our office has made some physical and protocol changes to enhance patient health and safety These include increased ventilation, filtration, and surface disinfection... We have enhanced our already rigorous infection control procedures All our staff will have a wellness screen and temperature check daily prior to starting work A reduced number of patients will be seen per day, with appointment times staggered Patients only in-office due to physical distancing requirements We will contact you to rebook appointments to allow for the most efficient and fair process A pre-screening wellness questionnaire must be completed within 24 hours prior to appt. A face covering that covers mouth and nose must be worn to your appointment Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time! Brush and floss at home before you come - our brushing station is closed Patient washroom is only available on a limited (emergency) basis Text us at 250-354-4354 when you park/arrive and we will text back when ready for you Patient screening will be performed upon entering office including a temperature check We will update parents and book next appointments by text or email We encourage reduced contact payment methods, and most documents can be emailed We greatly appreciate your support and patience as we collectively navigate these new procedures. We are still unable to book appointments as we are waiting on updated protocols and guidelines from the Minister of Health and the BC College of Dental Surgeons. Once we have those and can determine what PPE, protocols, training, and office changes are needed then we can begin to reschedule appointments.
