Todays before and after I will bring @recmoreira . She contact me in December to start a program to tone her body. Renata is lean and was trying to lose fat in the abdominal area. We customized a plan and she started early January. Renata had some challenges, she was in USA when she started the program and then had to quarantine back to Canada. This is the first time that she tried a diet and she was so happy with the results that convinced her husband to start the program to...o. I can’t wait to see the finals results (she has four more weeks to go) and bring the results of her husband here. Talking about strategy. I optimize meal timing and added lots of healthy carbs and fibres to her diet. Counting macros is a good way to keep track of your fitness journey. I always design my client's meal plans counting their macros, so if you’re following one of my programs you’re all set. But if you’re not my client, you can still be on top of your macros. Fortunately, today we have cool and FREE mobile apps to make this task easier! Take note of my favorite ones:... 1) MyFitnessPal: With a top-notch food library, it allows you to set your goals: weight loss, management or gain. 2) Nutritionix: App is fast to load and use and has an amazing and accurate library of food items. 3) Fatsecret: Besides the macros tracking, it breaks down where you are getting the most calories from, helping you to control it. Today’s before and after we have Rafael, who lost 10 kg in less than 10 weeks. It's an amazing drop in his weight, but the most rewarding part for me is seeing that he changed his eating habits completely. Together, we were able to transform his entire routine. He started eating healthy - tried quinoa for the very first time - and added exercise to his days! Congrats for the amazing progress, @rafael4289! We still have a couple of weeks to go and you are going to kill it!
