A common complaint is I am tired but then when I get into bed I just lay there and I cant fall asleep. Ladieslisten up! It is time for us to focus on getting enough sleep. Sleep is important! It is the time of day that our body heals, our immune system, gut health, mental health, etc depend on it!... If I can give you one simple piece of advice: TURN OFF YOUR ELECTRONICS!
