Thank you to our patients for complying with our new clinic rules. Here are some reminders for our new norm: 1. Please wear a face mask or face covering. 2. Please do not bring any companions to our clinic. If the patient is a child or an adult/senior with disabilities or require translation, only one companion is allowed. 3. But don’t you feel that it’s worse that businesses are shutting down... jobs are being lost... health care workers are hitting absolute exhaustion. And so many lives have been taken by this virus because we aren’t doing enough. I really do believe in the basic goodness of people so I know we can all do this BUT still, there are many people in our country refusing to take... the necessary steps to flatten the curve, and keep each other safe. People seem worried about their rights being taken away by being asked to wear a mask. This simple and effective recommendation is being politicized at the expense of peoples’ lives. And it really shouldn’t be a debate If you care about human life, please... just #wearadamnmask and encourage those around you to do the same See more

This 18 year old university student presented earlier this year for seeing double after 10 minutes of reading and computer work. The diagnosis was Convergence Insufficiency (CI), a condition in which the eyes cannot turn inward enough when focusing at near in order to have single and clear vision. After a few sessions of vision therapy with Dr. Daphne Cheng, the patient no longer sees double when reading up close. We are happy with the tremendous progress within a short period of time and look forward to continuous visual improvement in the weeks to come! #visiontherapy #visiontherapyworks @ Richmond, British Columbia
