A little bit of crazy.... Haven’t been out for a run in the winter snow in years and I almost did not go. Happy I did. Sometimes we have to push ourselves out of our comfort zone.... POSTURE With more and more people obliged to work from home pain in the upper back, shoulders and lower neck have become a common recurrent complaint at the office. Home offices were not adapted to the prolonged sitting. Kitchen tables became makeshift desks.... Proper ergonomics is essential to alleviating the stress on the spine and muscles in these areas. Invest in yourself!!! Extremely excited because the book has finally come. EAT Smarter I have rarely been so excited to receive a book. ... Thank you @shawnmodel for sharing this knowledge the way you do. Thank you to my girl @slock227 for sending it to me from the CHI because I couldn’t get a copy here in Canada. I listened to the audiobook of SLEEP Smarter and learned so much. Now I will continue to learn from EAT Smarter.
