October is Children's Vision Month, dedicated to raising awareness of the impact undiagnosed vision problems can have on a childs learning and development.

October is Children's Vision Month; Studies show that 80% of learning is visual and roughly 15-20% of children entering kindergarten have an undiagnosed vision problem. Please book your child's eye examination now. And during the month of October; we will be donating a portion of your eye exam fees to Team Rene Comeau as they pursue their curling dreams. (Remember to mention Team Comeau when booking your appointments)

We would like to welcome Dr. Neal Patel to our offices. He will be working primarily in the King St. location and bringing along new computerized technology to benefit all our patients. He looks forward to meeting new patients and continuing eye care for all of his patients from his previous offices.
Brian Dalrymple had a great day with Frank Shannon, Ron Shannahan, Rick Mosier and celebrity Darryl Boyce winning the inaugural Jake Allen Celebrity Classic. I big thank you to Jake Allen, Kingswood Golf Course, the organizers, volunteers, and sponsors for an amazing day.

May is EYE HEALTH MONTH. Routine eye examinations can help detect health conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and even brain tumours.
This could help all those patients that unfortunately didn't have their eyes tested in early childhood.
