These are incredible times we're living in! As a naturopathic doctor, I help with not only physical, but also mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. I am ne...w to the Muskoka area, having relocated here in June 2019, and am accepting new patients. My background of 20 years as a licensed, registered naturopathic doctor has had a focus in stress reduction, mind/body medicine, and cancer. I have also been a volunteer with various hospices for over 20 years and have done much work in end-of-life. I have a master's degree in transpersonal psychology (ecopsychology concentration) and my thesis was on nature-based therapies for those in end-of-life. I also have training in Buddhist chaplaincy and group/family counselling. I have a private Zoom account with security that enables me to do on-line consultations and therapy sessions.
