Dream Catering

A couple photos I actually remembered to take from last nights job. First photo is braised Alberta short ribs in a high acid Riesling. With cumin spiced grilled local carrots and zucchini and local potatoes. Second photo is the vanilla slices or Tompouce if you are Dutch. Puff pastry vanilla custard and added some local cherries to top it off. Not festured (because I forgot to take a photo) salmon charcuterie.
