Lots more journals coming soon to the website, including one of the always popular Harry Potter. Let me know if you see one that you’d like. #shoplocal #madeinmanitoba #manitobamade #vintagebooks @ Wolseley
It was definitely strange not to be able to engage with people the way I normally do at craft shows this year. I usually love watching people dig through all the old books and hear stories. I often say I’m selling memories. If you have purchased a Dreaming Tree Paper Company journal (or have been gifted one), we would love to hear from you! We take pride in the work we do and always love hearing feedback. Thanks so much ... https://g.page/r/Cejo-hzi_uTaEBI/review
Sometimes I get to do really fun custom projects. This one had 100 sheets of art paper (for scrapbooking) and included some special envelopes made from pages of the book. I’m always happy to talk to you about your project idea. ... #shoplocal #madewithlove #madeinmanitoba #winnipegmakers @ Wolseley
Cant wait to turn this beauty into a notebook. I feel like this one would make a great teachers gift. #shoplocal #thankyouteachers #teachergifts #wideopenwindows #vintagebooks
Scored some amazing new books this week! Can’t wait to make these ones into journals. DM me if you see one you like. This is just a sneak peek - these aren’t up on the website yet. @ Wolseley
Every single show I get asked for these titles. Thanks to @spareroomartandglass I have some! Here’s the catch.. they will be available first this Wednesday night at the West End Cultural Centre 5-10pm for the sip, shop and sound event.
What a great way to spend an evening. Music by Two Crows for Comfort, craft vendors, musician merch, and wine. At the beautiful West End Cultural Centre next Wednesday 5-10pm. I'll be there with a bunch of new journals.
These books have a ton of nostalgia for me as we grew up with them in our house. I love giving them a new life. #booklovers
One of my intentions in 2020 is to write more. I just made myself this journal to start the year. What about you? Did you get a new journal this holiday season? @ Wolseley, Winnipeg
Need a last minute journal? Since I’m all set up for a couple of people, I thought I would do an open house sale. Today only from now until 4pm!! 194 Chestnut St.
Some last minute additions! Let me know if you’d like one!
Thanks to @bookdcreations for bringing me some Harry Potter books today. You helped make a few people happy who were waiting on one of these. 4/5 of these are sold already, but I do have one copy of the Half Blood Prince. First one to comment or message me gets it. All journals are $20. #harrypotter
Since you all probably like books as much as I do, you should know about another local maker @bookdcreations She does amazing things with the insides of books, while I use the covers (and selected pages). Recently we decided it made sense to support each other. Today she dropped off some great book covers to me, and I gave some book guts to her! Check out her work!! Thanks Cara! #upcycle #booklover
I finally got a couple of Dr Suess books! People have been asking for them a lot!! Green Eggs and Ham may already be sold, but One Fish Two Fish is up for grabs.
Scored some great books today!! Can’t wait to make these into journals!
