Final Costume Pick up Date - Tuesday, June 23, 2020 Hello Dreams Families!... Those families who have paid all of their fees (tuition and costume) can pick up their costumes! When : Tuesday, June 23, 2020 Time: 6:30 pm 8 pm Where: Dreams In Motion-140 Garden St,Gananoque,Unit 1. Please use the Front Door of the Building. In order to keep you and our staff, volunteers and other Dreams Families safe (COVID 19) Please do not come pick up costume(s) if now or in the past 2 weeks you would answer YES to any of the following questions 1. Have/had a new cough? 2. Have/had a fever? 3. Have/had shortness of breath 4. Have you Travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days? 5. Have you provided care or have close contact with a person with COVID-19 (probable or confirmed) while they were ill? If you answer No to the above questions please come pick up your costumes. Please remain outside the building with Physical distancing and call 613-876-0982 upon arrival outside of the building and inform us of your child’s name as well as their class and time. Do not call the Dreams phone, we will not be answering it. Our safety procedures will consist of you calling the above number 613-876-0982 upon arrival. Please remain outside on the sidewalk side of the blue bench! We will bring the costume out to you and set it on the sanitized bench. Thank you!
