Today's work out is dedicated to the movie theatre popcorn I plan on demolishing later :D

"Ice Cream" Protein Bars!! holy noms 2 ripe bananas - sliced and frozen 3 tbsp all natural peanut butter (bought mine at a local farmer's market) 3 scoops Vanilla Protein powder... 1 cup puffed quinoa 1/4 cup 80% choc dipped puffed quinoa Blend bananas and p.butter till ice cream consistency in a food processor. Fold in the rest of the ingredients and freeze! Gives me 8 portions - 7g of protein each. perfect post-workout snack! no need for sugar or sweetener; the bananas are very naturally sweet. and the puffed quinoa gives it great texture!

What to do when your kale or spinach or any greens start going south. Brilliant!!

Carrot Cake smoothie!! this is DEEELISH. carrot juice, unsweetened almond milk, dash of cinnamon and nutmeg, ground flaxseed, greek yogurt and just a tsp of maple syrup.
