Our intermediate fitness program starting March 2nd tuesdays and thursdays 6:15-6:45 $70 for either one you choose. You can etransfer to [email protected]. No spots will be held unless payment is made. This is to ensure that everyone has a spot and I can guarantee how many spots we have available left as the week moves forward. With something a little differen...t from the last one. $60 for the program. Monday’s and Wednesdays 6:15-6:45pm At the end of the 3 weeks you get the last week of the month to take part in any of our classes as a way to test out your new skills at no extra charge. Register ! With Christmas coming and people getting ready to feast I thought to myself, why do we wait until we pack on the pounds before doing something about it? Also I was thinking about anyone that may want to start exercising but don’t have an idea of what to do or haven’t been working out for a while. With that being said I am looking for max 10 people to take part in a 3 week pre-Christmas beginners class starting this week. Every Monday and Wednesday at 6pm. $50. Please inbox me if you are interested and please share this with anyone and everyone . The first Monday , December 7th, will be a registration and a breakdown of what we will get done. Masks are mandatory and the rest I will fill you in.
