Spiced Christmas Fruit Cake Tea: features cranberry, orange peel, and cinnamon. A sweet but balanced tea with the smooth taste of cinnamon to compliment it all. Orange Chocolate Zinger: features orange peel, cacao, and ginger. This tea makes a nod to Terry’s Chocolate Oranges, but stands on its only with a little kick of ginger. Mint Chocolate Zinger: features peppermint, cacao, and ginger. Anyone can do peppermint and chocolate, but adding ginger takes it to a whole new level!

We asked our naturopath Dr Cook what she is thankful for and this is what she said: My faith has helped me be the practitioner and person I am today and do not... know where I would be without my saviour. Secondly, my family and friends who have helped me during the valleys in my life and rejoiced with me when I have conquered the hills. This includes my amazing husband who has had to deal with the worst of it, but has been my biggest cheerleader for the best of it, and still loves me unconditionally through it all. Thirdly, the gift of being a mother - something that we struggled for years for that finally came to fruition in the right season. Fourthly, the privilege to be able to practice again. Finally, I am grateful for my patients who choose to confide in me, teach me, and continually help me to grow as a practitioner. You all inspire me with the fires you have walked through, continue to walk through, and the horizons you see for yourselves. I am grateful that I get to walk a long side you for it all! Wishing you all a restful and happy thanksgiving no matter what it looks like. To my patients: It is with a heavy heart that I have to inform my patients at Meyers Chiropractic that I will no longer be able to provide naturopathic care at this location, as a result of a recent concussion. In order to continue to be able to practice naturopathy, I need to reduce the hours that I practice until I completely heal. This decision was not made lightly and was made in the best interest of not only myself, but in the best interest of you, my patient. In th...e meantime, you can choose from several options in order to continue naturopathic care. If you wish to continue to see me as a patient, you can do so at Plattsville Natural Health Clinic (please see below for details on how to book). Alternatively, if you are in need of naturopathic care in the interim in the Woodstock area while Meyers Chiropractic searches for another Naturopathic Doctor, you can seek the care of the naturopathic doctor at Red Thistle. Meyers Chiropractic will be hiring a Naturopathic Doctor. If you wish to continue treatment at this location, please feel free to ask to be put on a waiting list of the individuals to be contacted when the new Naturopathic Doctor starts. Unfortunately, all of this was not a part of my plan for my professional career, or for my patients, but seldom does life go according to plan. As a result, we must revise, adapt and move forward. I want to thank each one of my patients that have taught me, and helped me to grow as a practitioner. I have also appreciated the pleasure of walking with so many patients through the victories and trials they have faced in their health journey. For the patients wanting to know I should not gamble as we had our son before my due date. Little Uriah was born April 25 2020 at 8:10am, weighing 6 lbs 2 oz and was 19 3/4 inches long. We are all doing well! I will keep you updated as to when I get back to practice as I am still unable to physically see patients due to COVID-19, but for now I am going to enjoy this precious season.
